The JKM - Corporation Group Ethics and Conduct Channel is a secure and confidential means for employees, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders to report ethical violations, inappropriate conduct, fraud, harassment, or behaviors that contradict our values and principles.

This channel is exclusively for receiving reports and complaints confidentially and, if preferred, anonymously, regarding any breach of the JKM - Corporation Group Code of Ethics and Conduct, internal policies, guidelines, or applicable laws.

This reporting channel is available 24 hours a day. All recorded information is forwarded to a specialized compliance team, ensuring total confidentiality and protection against retaliation, with proper analysis and response.

Who is the person(s) or company(ies) you want to report?

Full Name, Nickname, Position, Department, ID Number, Company they work for (if outsourced), etc.

Provide the Corporate Name (similar to a person’s full name), Company ID (CNPJ), address, scope of work of the company.

If it is still happening, or occurred on multiple dates, please mention some example dates whenever possible, specifying Day, Month, and Year, or time references such as “annual meeting,” “year-end party,” “safety briefing,” etc.

Now is the moment to describe what this person(s) or company(ies) has done or continues to do in violation of the JKM - Corporation Group Code of Conduct or other Policies and Guidelines. Please describe with as much detail as possible.

For each witness, whenever known, provide their full name, nickname, position, department, or company they work for (if outsourced). It is extremely important to provide the names of people who witnessed the reported incident. The success rate of an investigation with witnesses is much higher.

It is not mandatory for the whistleblower to provide evidence; however, if you are aware of any, even if not directly in your possession, please indicate how to obtain it, as this is crucial to accelerate the investigation and increase the success rate. Remember: any information can be useful, no matter how irrelevant it may seem to you.
